YARN DYEING & PROCESSING FACILITY FOR COMPLETE SALE

The mill includes 123 machines and instruments plus 16 complete utility systems, production lines, laboratory, workshop, auxiliary equipment and boiler room, mostly built between 2004 and 2022.

Production machinery (67 machines)

• Package dyeing: 15 machines (THIES and KAY-MAK ECOBLOC XR 650 to XR 1850). Capacity is 3.520 to 5.548 kg per cycle across the line.
• Sample dyeing: 4 machines from 5 to 20 kg (KTM Krantz, KAY-MAK, THIES, KAYMAK).
• Yarn winding: 31 machines with a total of 2.112 spindles (SSM, Kamitsu, Domestic Make).
• Extraction and drying: 5 pcs centrifuges (Özver, Dettin), 2 pcs Stalam RF dryers, a fixing machine and a nylon yarn drying oven.
• Knitting and packaging: 4 socks knitting machines, shade card machines, shrink packaging and automatic packing machines.

Laboratory (32 units)

• 10 sample dyeing machines (ATAÇ, Ugolini), with 120 tubes in total.
• A 64-package × 100 g automatic dyeing line (Odesi).
• Testing and preparation equipment: balances, PH meters, fastness testers, ovens, yarn tension meters and more.

Workshop

• 7 pneumatic package crushing presses.

Auxiliary machinery

• 4 screw compressors and 1 piston compressor, air dryers and a generator.
• A 5-ton bridge crane, a 2-ton monorail crane, a forklift, 2 stackers and a freight elevator.
• A Carrier chiller and a pellet boiler.

Boiler room and utilities

• A Scotch-type steam boiler of 2.750.000 kcal/h with an Alfa Laval heat recovery system.
• Chemical and salt automation, reverse osmosis, a 60-ton clean water reservoir and a fire water system.
